Baked Chicken Legs
Can also brush the chicken with oil and sprinkle seasonings over them. This recipe is easily adjustable to how many pounds of drumsticks you have on hand.
Ingredients
8 Chicken Drumsticks, about 2 lbs
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, lightly spray with no-stick cooking oil and set aside. Remove drumsticks from packaging and pat them dry with paper towels. Place them in a resealable bag, add olive oil, and toss to coat. In a small bowl, combine all seasonings and stir until well blended. Add to bag and toss until chicken is full coated. Place drumsticks on prepared baking sheet and bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until the internal temperature is 165 F or higher. Makes 4 servings.
