Melt In Your Mouth Waffles
Ingredients
3 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup oil
3 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 teaspoons baking powder
3 teaspoons salt
3 cups milk
Instructions
Preheat waffle iron. Combine flour, oil, eggs, vanilla, baking powder and salt. Stir until all liquid ingredients have been absorbed. Gradually add in milk, about 3/4 cup at a time. Mix until batter is smooth. Pour 1/2 cup batter into each waffle and cook until golden brown. Makes 12 servings. These freeze well and are still great when heated.
