Mini Chocolate Chip Cheesecakes
18 to 20 OREO Cookies
24 oz cream cheese, softened
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup mini chocolate chips, divided
1 tsp flour
Preheat oven to 300 F. In a large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well. In a small ziploc bag, toss 1/2 cup chips with flour to coat. Stir into cheese mixture. Spray muffin tin with non stick baking spray. Place an OREO Cookie in the bottom of each tin. Scoop cream cheese batter on top of cookie until about 1/4 inch from the top. Sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips and bake for 20 minutes or until tops spring back when lightly touched in the center. Cool to room temperature, then chill thoroughly. Makes 18 servings.
