Baked Cheesecake Pie
Ingredients
1 9 inch graham cracker crust pie shell
8 oz cream cheese, softened
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
2 large eggs
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine cream cheese, milk and eggs in a mixing bowl and combine until smooth. Pour into pie crust and bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and cool completely on wire rack. When cool, place in refrigerator for another 2 hours to chill. Top with fruit filling or serve as is. Makes 8 servings.
