Apple Pie Dump Cake
1 21 oz can of apple pie filling
1 16.5 oz package of white cake mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup walnuts, chopped
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 F. Coat a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. In a large bowl, place apple pie filling, breaking into pieces using a spoon. Add cake mix, eggs and oil to the apples, beating for 1 to 2 minutes or until well blended. Spread batter in baking dish. Combine walnuts, brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and sprinkle mixture evenly over batter. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown on top. Cool in baking dish for 15 minutes before serving. Makes 16 servings.
