Baked Chicken, Green Beans and Red Potatoes
Easy one-dish meal that looks great and tastes even better.
Ingredients
3 boneless chicken breasts
2 can green beans, drained
5 red skin potatoes
2 packages of Zesty Italian dressing mix
1/2 cup butter, melted
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Cut the chicken breasts in half and place in a single row down the middle of a 9x13 inch baking pan. Place the drained green beans on one side of the chicken breasts. Wash and cut the red potatoes into 1/8ths and place them on the other side. Sprinkle packets of Zesty Italian dressing mix evenly over the top of the dinner. Drizzle the butter over the dish, cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour. Makes 6 servings.
