Sweet and Tangy Chicken
4 boneless, skinless, chicken breast halves
18 ounces barbecue sauce
10 ounces pineapple chunks, undrained
1/2 medium green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 medium onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
Place chicken breasts in bottom of a slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over the chicken. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours or until chicken is tender and cooked through. Serve over rice. Makes 4 servings.
