Buffet Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes & Ham
This recipe is a hit as the main entree or as a side dish. Can also be prepared and split between 2 9x13 inch dishes.
Ingredients
2 cans cream of chicken soup2 cups sour cream
2/3 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon pepper
6 1/2 pound of potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4 inch slices
2 1/2 pounds of ham, fully cooked and cubed
16 ounces Velveeta, cubed
