5 boneless pork chops
1/2 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
Trim fat from chops and preheat oven to 350 F. Place chops in shallow baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Bake, uncovered, about 1 hour. Baste occasionally. Makes 5 servings.
