Whipped Sweet Potato Bake
Ingredients
3 15 oz cans sweet potatoes, drained
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
3 cups miniature marshmallows
Instructions
Heat oven to 350 F. Combine potatoes, butter and spices in a mixing bowl and beat until well blended. Spoon into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, then top with marshmallows. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until potato mixture is heated through and marshmallows are lightly browned. Makes 10 servings.
