Potato Chip Pork Chops
Ingredients
4 boneless pork chops
1 cup potato chips, crushed
1/2 teaspoon salt
t teaspoon Cajun Seasoning
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine crushed chips, salt and Cajun Seasoning in a small bowl and set aside. Brush pork chips with mayonnaise and then roll in potato chip mixture, making sure to coat on all sides. Place pork chops in greased baking dish, and bake for 45-60 minutes or until juices run clear. Makes 4 servings.
