Baked Corn
Ingredients
2 1/2 cup corn, frozen or canned
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 F. Place corn in 2 quart casserole dish. Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, pepper, milk and eggs. Pour over the corn, then dot with butter. Bake for 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serves 6,
