Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Muffins
Ingredients
1 white cake mix
15 ounce can of pumpkin
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
1 tablespoon of pumpkin pie spice
dash of nutmeg
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix cake mix and pumpkin on low speed of an electric mixer until moist. Add milk, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice and nutmeg and mix on medium speed for 2 minutes. Mix in chocolate chips and pecans and put into greased muffin tins. Bake for 20 to 23 minutes. Makes 18 servings.
