Cream Cheese Brownies
Ingredients
1 package brownie mix
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease an 8x8 baking pan. Mix brownie batter according to cake-like directions. Pour half of the mixture into the baking pan. In a medium bowl combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, egg and cinnamon. Beat until well blended. Pour cream cheese mixture over brownie mixture in pan. Cover cream cheese mixture with rest of brownie batter. Run knife through batter to marbleize. Bake for 50 minutes or until firm to touch in the center. Makes 12 servings.
