Crescent Cinnamon Rolls
These are a great way to use up mini marshmallows, and a snap to make for breakfast on those busy mornings.
Ingredients
1 can crescent rolls
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
80 mini marshmallows
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Combine the sugar and the cinnamon in a small bowl. Unroll the dough into 8 separate triangles, and sprinkle cinnamon mixture over the top of each roll. Take 10 mini marshmallows and place them on the wide end of the roll. Fold over the sides and roll up, placing seam side down on the baking sheet. Sprinkle cinnamon mixture over each roll and bake for 12-18 minutes or until they are golden and puffed. Serve warm with a powdered sugar/milk glaze. Makes 8 servings.
