Oven Fried Chicken
Ingredients
2 cups Bisquick
4 teaspoons salt
4 teaspoons paprika
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons canola oil
3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
2/3 cup milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 F. Combine dry ingredients in a plastic bag. Pour oil in bottom of 9x13 inch pan and tilt to coat bottom of pan. Dip chicken in milk and drain. Put chicken in plastic bag and shake to coat thoroughly. Bake for 25 minutes and then turn chicken over. Bake for 25 minutes more or until juices run clear. Makes 4 servings.
