Killer Chicken Thigh Marinade
This is a simple recipe for chicken thighs and is rather tasty.
Ingredients
8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs (about 4#)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
4 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
5 tablespoons honey
6 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons kosher salt
Instructions
Mix all of the ingredients for the marinade together in a large bowl or a plastic Ziploc Bag. Add the chicken, making sure that all pieces are covered evenly. Marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Preheat oven to 450 F. In a 9x13 inch baking dish, place the chicken and all of the marinade. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes with the skin side up until the temperature reaches 165 F. You may want to baste the chicken thighs with the juices about 15-20 minutes into baking to make sure they do not dry out during baking. Makes 8 servings.
