Sausage Swiss Muffins
Ingredients
1 pound sausage
3 1/2 cups Bisquick
1 cup Swiss Cheese, shredded
1 1/2 teaspoon ground sage
1/2 teaspoon thyme
2 eggs
1 cup milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 F. Brown sausage in a skillet over medium heat, stirring until it crumbles. Drain well. Combine sausage, Bisquick, cheese, sage and thyme in a large mixing bowl. Make a well in the center of the mixture. Combine eggs and milk, then add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Spoon into greased muffin tins, filling 2/3 full. Bake for 22 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm. Makes 24 servings. Reheat muffins for 25 seconds in the microwave.
