Apple Dumplings
Ingredients
1 can crescent rolls
1 Granny Smith Apple
1 cup sugar
1 cup orange juice
1 stick butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Peel apple and cut into 8 wedges. Roll each apple wedge in a crescent roll, starting at wide end and seal edges. Place in an 8 x 8 baking pan. Combine sugar, orange juice and butter in a medium saucepan. Heat until butter melts and pour over dumplings. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Freshly squeezed orange juice with pulp is best. 8 Servings.
