VELVEETA Broccoli Cheese Soup
Ingredients
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp onions, chopped
3 tbsp flour
14.5 oz can chicken broth
1 cup milk
8 oz VELVEETA, cubed
10 oz package of frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
Instructions
Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onion, cook 3 to 5 minutes or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Whisk in flour until well blended. Add broth and milk, and cook on medium heat for 2 minutes or until heated through, stirring frequently. Add VELVEETA and broccoli, cook and stir for 5 minutes or until VELVEETA is melted and broccoli is heated through. Makes 5 servings.
