Ingredients
3/4 cup vanilla nonfat Greek yogurt
1/4 cup skim milk
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup Splenda
1 egg
1/3 cup applesauce
1 tsp baking powder
1 pinch salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 F. Grease an 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend for one minute or until smooth. Pour into the prepared dish and bake for 15 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before cutting. Makes 9 servings.
