Cajun Shrimp and Corn Soup
Ingredients
4 cups skim milk
2 cups potatoes, diced
1 teaspoon Chef Prudommes Seafood Magic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
30 ounces cream style corn
1 pound shrimp, peeled
Instructions
In a large stockpot, combine milk, potatoes, Seafood Magic, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes or until potatoes are done. Add corn and bring to a boil for two minutes. Lower heat, then add shrimp and cook until heated. Makes 8 servings.
