Meatloaf
Ingredients
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup onion, chopped
2 tablespoons parsley, snipped
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sage
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300 F. Combine eggs, milk, bread crumbs, onion, parsley, salt, sage, and pepper. Stir until blended well. Add ground beef to mixture and knead by hand until thoroughly combined. Shape into a loaf and place into greased 9 x 5 loaf pan. Bake for 75 minutes. Combine ketchup, brown sugar and dry mustard and spoon over top of meatloaf. Return to oven and cook for 15 more minutes. Makes 6 servings.
