Fiesta Chicken Casserole
Ingredients
1 can Pillsbury Grands Homestyle Buttermilk Biscuits
1/2 cup Thick and Chunky Salsa
1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cups sliced ripe olives, drained (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 F. Pour salsa into a medium bowl. Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces and toss with salsa to coat. Spread biscuits and salsa in a greased 8 inch square pan. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until edges are deep golden brown and center biscuit pieces are no longer doughy. Let stand 15 minutes. Serve with additional salsa if desired. Make 6 servings.
