Marinated Smokies
Ingredients
1 pound Little Smokies
8 ounces mustard
12 ounces apricot preserves
Instructions
In a medium saucepan, combine mustard and preserves. Mix well and add Little Smokies. Over medium heat, cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Stir often to keep from sticking. These can also be cooked in a slow cooker on low for 2 hours. Makes 8 servings.
