Crock Pot Spicy Sausage Dip
Ingredients
1 pound ground sausage
8 ounces sour cream
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 10 oz cans of Rotel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
Tortilla Chips
Instructions
In a large skillet, crumble and brown sausage over medium heat, cooking until all pink is gone. Drain sausage, then combine with sour cream, cream cheese, and Rotel tomatoes in a slow cooker. Cook on low for 3 to 4 hours, stirring several times through the cooking process. Serve with tortilla chips Makes 12 servings.
