Baked Spaghetti
Ingredients
1/2 pound ground chuck1 small green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon sugar
dash of salt
32 ounces spaghetti sauce
1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
8 ounces spaghetti noodles
Instructions
Cook and drain spaghetti noodles according to package directions. Preheat oven to 350 F.Brown chuck, green pepper and onion. Add oregano, black pepper, basil, sugar and salt. Add spaghetti sauce, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add spaghetti sauce to noodles. Stir in 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese with noodle mixture. Pour noodles into buttered 9 x 13 inch pan and top with remaining cheeses. Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted. If cheese browns too quickly, place foil over the dish and continue baking.
