Low Fat Pork Chops
Ingredients
4 boneless pork chops
1 egg
2 tablespoons pineapple juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 F. In a medium bowl, combine egg, pineapple juice, soy sauce, ginger and garlic powder; mix well. In a flat dish, mix bread crumbs and paprika. Dip pork chops in egg mixture and then coat with bread crumb mixture. Place pork chops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 50 minutes or until done and juices run clear. Makes 4 servings.
