Oven Fried Chicken
Ingredients
8 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
2 tablespoons paprika
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoons garlic powder
1/4 cup margarine
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 F. Combine dry ingredients. Put butter in 9 x 13 inch baking pan, place in oven and let it melt. Remove pan from oven. Coat chicken with dry mixture and place in pan. Bake for 40 minutes, turning chicken over at 20 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
