Orange Supreme Orange Juice Cake
Ingredients
1 box Duncan Hines Orange Supreme Cake Mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup orange juice
3.4 oz box vanilla pudding
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup orange juice
1 cup sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 F. Grease bundt pan well. Mix the first five ingredients on medium speed of an electric mixer for two minutes or until batter is smooth and there are no lumps remaining. Transfer batter to the bundt pan and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until cakes test done with toothpick being inserted in the middle of the cake and coming out clean. While the cake is baking, prepare the glaze. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter, then add the sugar and orange juice. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. After removing the cake from the oven, let it cool in the pan on a wire rack for 15 to 20 minutes. Invert the cake onto a plate or a platter. Poke holes in the top of the cake with a fork or similar object and drizzle the top with the warm glaze. Makes 12 servings.
