Quick Peach Cobbler
Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
pinch of salt
1/2 stick of butter
1 can of peach pie filling
brown sugar
cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray an 8x8 baking pan with Pam. Add butter and place in oven to melt the butter. When melted, remove from oven and tilt the dish so the butter coats the entire bottom. Mix the sugar, flour, milk, baking powder and salt in a bowl. When thoroughly mixed, pour into the baking dish. Top with the peach pie filling, but do not stir. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over the top of the peaches. Bake for 40 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Makes 6 servings.
