Saucy Garlic Potatoes
Ingredients
2 pounds potatoes1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup Caesar salad dressing
1/2 pound bacon, cooked and chopped
2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons butter, melted
3 ounces croutons, crushed
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 F. Wrap potatoes in foil and bake for one hour. Let cool and chop into large dices.Turn temperature of oven down to 350 F. In a bowl, mix soup, sour cream and dressing. Layer the potatoes on the bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Spread soup mixture on top of that. Top with bacon and cheese. Combine croutons and melted butter and spread on top. Bake for 45 minutes. Makes 12 servings.
