Tapp Sweet Tea
Ingredients3 Lipton Gallon Tea Bags
6 cups sugar
3 Gallons Hot Water
InstructionsGo to the kitchen and get a tea container. Place the container next to the sink with the disposal and turn on only the hot water. Put 3 One Gallon Tea Bags and 6 cups sugar in the container. Run the water out of the trigger sprayer into the sink until it is scalding hot. At this point, run the water into the container until it reaches the 3 Gallon mark on the side of the container. Shut off the water, close the lid, and let the tea steep for 10-12 minutes.... perfect sweet tea every time. Makes 3 gallons, enough for 20 people. For unsweetened tea, leave out the sugar.....

In order to cool the tea down quickly, you can also leave out 1/2 gallon of water and substitute crushed ice after the tea has steeped. No need to take the bags out if you are going to serve the tea immediately.
