Corn Casserole
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
8 oz cream cheese
14 oz can of corn
14 oz can of cream style corn
1 box of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1/2 can green chilies
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 F and grease a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Melt the butter and cream cheese together in large saucepan over medium low heat until smooth. Add both cans of corn to the saucepan, and stir in the muffin mix. Add the green chilies. Pour into the prepared baking dish, and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Makes 12 servings.
