Chocolate Chip Cheesecake
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups OREO Cookies, crushed (about 18)
3 tbsp butter, melted
24 oz cream cheese, softened
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup mini chocolate chips, divided
1 tsp flour
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300 F. Combine cookie crumbs and butter, press firmly on the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. In a large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well. In a Ziploc bag, toss 1/2 cup chips with flour to coat. Stir into cream cheese mixture. Pour batter into prepared pan, then sprinkle remaining chips over the top. Bake for 1 hour or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Cool to room temperature, then chill thoroughly. Refrigerate leftover. Makes 8 servings.
