Crouton Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
2 cups croutons
1 pound sausage, cooked and drained
1 pound hash browns
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon dry mustard
10.75 oz can mushroom soup
8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
Place croutons in a greased 9x13 inch pan. Layer with sausage and hash browns. Mix eggs, milk, mustard and soup together. Pour into prepared pan and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to 350F. Uncover casserole and bake for 45 minutes. Can add chopped onion and chopped green pepper as well. Makes 12 servings.
