Three Meat Pizza Casserole
Ingredients1 pound Bow Tie Pasta
1 pound pork sausage
2 tablespoons garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 onion, chopped
52 ounces spaghetti sauce
1 pound ham, cooked and cubed
1 pound pepperoni, sliced
24 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
6 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese, grated
InstructionsPreheat oven to 375 F. Cook pasta according to package directions. In a medium skillet, brown sausage with garlic, oregano and onions until the juices run clear. In a lightly greased deep dish 9 x 13 x 3 inch pan, pour a small amount of sauce to lightly coat bottom. Make sure it is a deep dish pan because a regular pan will not hold all of the ingredients.
1st Layer - Layer 1/3 of the pasta on top of the sauce, 1/3 of the remaining sauce, 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, 2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese, sausage and onion mixture.
2nd Layer - Layer 1/2 of the remaining pasta, 1/2 of the remaining sauce, 8 ounces of Mozzarella Cheese, 2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese and ham.
3rd Layer - all remaining pasta, all remaining sauce, 8 ounces of Mozzarella Cheese, 2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese and cover the top completely with Pepperoni slices.
Bake for 40 minutes and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Makes 12 servings.
