1 cup of cooked chicken or steak
1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Ranch Dressing
1/4 cup diced green chilies, rinsed and drained
4 9 inch flour tortillas, heated
Salsa and Guacamole
Combine meat, cheese, dressing and chilies in a medium bowl. Place about 1/2 cup of mixture on each tortilla and fold in half to seal. Place quesadillas on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 F for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Garnish with salsa and guacamole, if desired. Makes 4 servings.
