Jalapeno Poppers
Ingredients
24 jalapeno peppers
1 pound sausage
8 ounces cream cheese
1 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
Halve and clean each pepper and set aside. Preheat oven to 350 F. Brown sausage and break up well. Drain sausage then combine it with combine cream cheese and Parmesan Cheese in a mixing bowl. Mix until well blended. Stuff pepper halves with mixture and place on cookie sheet. Bake for 30 minutes.
