Nutmeg and Honey Carrots
Ingredients
2 pounds of carrots
Nutmeg
4 tablespoons of water
6 tablespoons of honey
6 tablespoons of butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Clean carrots and cut into 1/2 inch slices, serving spoon size. Place carrots into 9 x 13 inch casserole dish and sprinkle with nutmeg. Add honey and water and stir to combine. Put butter on top of carrots and cover with foil. Bake for 45 minutes. Makes 12 servings.
