Italian No Bake Cake
Ingredients
1 box Vanilla Wafers
1/4 cup lemon juice
14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
16 ounce can crushed pineapple
8 ounces Cool Whip, thawed
14 ounce package of coconut
1 cup pecans, chopped
24 cherries
Instructions
Layer the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish with Vanilla Wafers. Combine the lemon juice and the condensed milk in a medium bowl, then add the crushed pineapple. Pour this over the Vanilla Wafers. Layer wafers on top of pineapple mixture. Top with Cool Whip, coconut and then pecans. Space cherries evenly across the top of the dessert and refrigerate overnight. Makes 24 servings.
