Crock Pot Maple Ham
Ingredients
7 pound Bone-In Spiral-Cut Ham
1 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 cup Natural Maple Syrup
2 cups Pineapple Juice
Instructions
Place ham inside crock pot flat side down. Rub brown sugar on all sides of ham. In small bowl, combine syrup and juice. Pour over ham, and cover with lid. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. If possible, baste ham with collected juice from the bottom an hour or so before serving. Remove carefully from crock pot and let rest on a cutting board for 15-20 minutes before carving. Serves 14.
