Easy Drop Danish
May have to experiment with baking times and you can use any flavor of jam that you want to in this recipe.
Ingredients
2 cups Bisquick baking mix
1/4 cup butter, softened
2 tablespoons sugar
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup jam, raspberry
Honey
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F and lightly grease a cookie sheet. Mix Bisquick, butter, and sugar until crumbly. Stir in milk until soft dough forms, about 15 strokes. Drop by round tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Make a shallow well in the pastry with the back of a spoon, and then fill the well with raspberry jam. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and drizzle with honey. Makes 12 servings.
