Crustless Cranberry Pie
Ingredients
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups cranberries
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon almond extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar and salt. Stir in cranberries and walnuts, tossing to coat. Stir in butter, eggs and almond extract. Spread into a greased 9" round pie pan. Bake for 40 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Can be served warm with whipped cream or ice cream. Makes 8 servings.
