Crock Pot Mac and Cheese
Ingredients
16 ounces Macaroni
1 cup butter
5 cups cheddar cheese, grated, divided
4 eggs, beaten
2 cans Evaporated Milk
3 cups milk
salt
pepper
Instructions
Cook and drain macaroni. Put macaroni in crock pot. Add butter and 4 cups cheese to macaroni and stir. In a separate bowl, combine eggs, milk and salt & pepper. Pour into crock pot and stir. Top with 1 cup cheese and cover. Cook on low for 3 hours. Makes 16 servings.
