Aunt Lorraine's Pecan Pie
Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup dark corn syrup
4 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup pecan halves
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 F. In a medium saucepan, mix together sugar, syrup, butter and flour over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Remove from heat and add beaten eggs, salt, vanilla and pecans. Pour into an unbaked pie shell and bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
