Ma Shaw's Beer Rolls
Ingredients
3 cups Bisquick
3 tablespoons sugar
12 ounces beer
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 F. Lightly spray muffin tins with nonstick cooking spray. Mix Bisquick and sugar in large bowl with fork. Slowly stir in beer until you have a doughy consistency. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Cook 15 to 20 minutes to desired brownness. Makes 20 servings.
