Maple Apple Crisp
Ingredients
7 medium apples, peeled, cored and sliced
3/4 cup maple syrup
1 cup flour
1 cup oats
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup butter softened
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375. Place apples in a greased 9x 13 inch baking dish. Pour syrup evenly over apples. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, oats, sugar and salt. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle mixture evenly over apples. Bake for 45 minutes or until topping is golden brown. Can be served with whip cream or ice cream. Makes 12 servings.
