West Virginia Peanut Butter Pie
Ingredients
3 large eggs, well beaten
1 cup light corn syrup
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 unbaked 9" pie shell
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix all of the ingredients well, and then pour into pie shell. Bake for 40-60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. You can use crunchy or creamy peanut butter, and you can garnish the top with pecan halves as well.
