Johnny B. Goode Green Beans
Ingredients
3 cans green beans, cut or whole2-3 slices bacon
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 cup butter, melted
Instructions
Cook bacon and cut into small pieces. Add green beans with juice, saving 1/2 can of juice in case it is needed later.For marinade, mix the remaining ingredients, pour over green beans, cover and refrigerate overnight. Add reserved juice if beans appear dry. Bake uncovered at 350F for 30 minutes. Serves 12.
